Hard Rock Cafe

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we had a delightful evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for that fruitful event. The team helped in a graceful way, the cooking was extremely good and my friends were very delighted. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Me and my husband have a tradition to go to Hard Rock Cafe in any city we are in. We were in Los Angeles for his birthday, So following the tradition we went to HRC located in Hollywood Boulevard after roaming around the walk of fame. This place is completely lit, spacious and super chill place. Drinks and food are super tasty. I got a shoutout too (free ice cream) to celebrate his birthday!! I would say This is a must visit place.It’s an experience with best music, food, drinks, service, ambience and companionship.

This Hard Rock is one of my favorite one. Staff was greeted us amazingly and seated us. Our server was fantastic. Even though she was busy with something, she checked us and told when she would visit and take our orders. Then we had Nachos which was very different taste from the one I knew, she told that Nachos beans had been changed. She brought us a small portion of beans so we could find out which I was very appreciated for her kindness. She recommended us where to go and do in Hollywood to have some chitchat. After we left for Shopping at its store, she came us and bought us a pin with her tip we gave. I had amazing time there with our server. A few days later we came back for drink and wanted see her again. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there but this place is highly recommend, I would come back here.

John absolutely ROCKED (see what I did there? That pun was painful.) he was so generous and kind, while very quick witted and a joy to be served by!! Great experience.

Ordered the Jumbo sharing plate and it's nice and much to eat. Price is reasonableNice ambience and friendly service

Very tasty burgers and great food here. Took a long wait to get the food, but they arrived well made.Lovely place to relax after touring the Hollywood Boulevard. Guests celebrating were very noisy, it’s the Hard Rock Cafe, I guess that’s how it rolls.

Awesome service or waiter Albie Was great made sure we had everything we needed, visited our table for refills consistently but not too much where it was annoying. Food came out quick, correct and delicious! Management was noticeably present, introducing themselves to guest asking getting to know them. Food was great recommend bbq pulled pork sandwich, along with the brownie desert. Great experience with all the musical memorabilia. We made a reservation for 6 and 6 and when we arrived our table was ready for us. We had a great experience from the minute we walked in.

I've been here once before and the second time was a just as wonderful experience, the food was awesome and the service impeccable, highly recommended

They play Rihanna and One Direction music... that's definitely not hard rock. Service was great though. To get to the 5 stars... gotta stop playing pop music. Play more hard rock!

Oliver was our waiter and he was Ahhhhhh mazing...we didn't have to wait very long after our food order was placed...and o ce it arrived everything was very tasty. Even though it was busy for a Saturday night...our waiter came back regularly to check in.... very impressive service...

Great service! The burgers are amazing here. Fun place, great music and awesome food! Don’t miss the gift shop! And then take a walk to see all the Hollywood stars right outside the front door.

I finally got to meet Chuck Norris and he works at Hard Rock Cafe!!! For real though our server's name was Chuck Norris.We've travelled all over the USA and visited many Hard Rock Cafes but the fun we had in hollywood was unlike any other. An awesome experience.

Hard Rock Cafe is known for the busy nightlife, Hollywood attracts even a more different type of crowd. The host last Saturday could have been more helpful But I don't think he cared to tho. Our server was nice but seemed a little distracted. But on a tastier note, one of the best things on the menu is the slider burgers they're very tasty, compliments to the chef! Lots of band/music memorabilia makes a edgy atmosphere 🎤🎸🎷🎹

Spot was pretty good... only had appetizers and a couple drinks because they were closing early for a special event? Kinda sucked but whatever... bar tenders were nice... want to go back and try dinner there

I admire this place! They serve excellent meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I like very much eating all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is good. I go often to this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

We stopped here for dinner. This place is really nice with a big selection of dishes. The food tastes great but is not outstanding. However, the service is amazing, our server was Cameron (thanks!). Also, they have live music at night, we were there at 7:30 pm

This place is fun, upbeat, and YUMMY. We go here every year on our annual universal/ disney trip! It’s become such a fun tradition. It’s pretty decently priced and great food!! You can also get collectible cups that are so cute and so fun! I would highly recommend with their amazing food and GREAT service!! We love hard rock!

Had a good time here grabbing a drink with my brother and a friend. Sat at the bar and Jess (as well as Jessica) was very nice. Attentive, not overly pushy, and funny. Would definitely come back for a drink and/or food.

Would absolutely recommend trying this spot. Exceptional character, flavorful dishes, fantastic customer service. They never disappoint.

Although there was a waiting list. We were seated within 10 minutes. The waitress really made genuine accommodation. Food was tasty. Great presentation, taste and service. Also paid my tip with a smile...truly satisfied.

Food was food verage nothing to brag about service was fast and freindly very attentive staff. Waiting time for seating was also minimal. Compared to other Hard Rock Cafe they seemed to lack in their decor. I've been to several cafes across the country and they had way more memorabilia you would figure since it was located in LA it would have had better decor.

Shane the Manager was absolutley AMAZING! He came and talked to us as soon as we sat down. He he gave us info on The Hard Rock Cafe. Our server BJ was very attentive, courteous and he did his job very well. I will be back due to the best customer service! Thank you so much Shane and BJ!

We arrived at this spot for lunch. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

New location is great although I miss the old one (at Universal City Walk) too. Food and service top class!

We had an amazing experience here, Jesse at the bar took really great care of us! Service was fast food was perfect! All the staff we were around were really nice and fun. Definitely a great place to pop in when walking the walk of fame!

K & M Upholstery Cleaning is professional and responsive. They made me admire them more when they shared some knowledge and experience to get you the best results. I was very satisfied with the results at and thought that the rate was fair. Good job!

The burger and onion rings were just perfect. The hamburger buns were not to big nor too small for the burger. The environment was so cool as well. Cool seeing rock memorabilia. Love that the info against the wall was so cool.

Staff were amazing! We came in 15 mins before closing on a Saturday and they had absolutely no problem seating and serving us. With genuine pleasure at that. Thank you guys so much! Made for a perfect ending to a great night out!

This place is absolutely amazing. You can walk around the store while waiting for your food and see famous peoples items. The food tastes great, the service is great, everything. We had the most amazing server too, his name is Patrick and he is a great waiter to have. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Memorabilia to keep any entertainment enthusiast enthralled, well portioned servings and nice selection of burgers, not many other mains to offer though except salads. Music videos and classic hits to enjoy while downing those meals.

This is the second Hard Rock I been to since living in LA. I had a bad experience at the Universal City location but had a good one here! Me and my boyfriend ordered the onion ring tower and tempura shrimp. I love the environment and my waitress was so nice and Italian, made me proud to be part Italian. Very friendly and helpful! I’d visit again and recommend to anyone.

Austin provided fantastic service. He was attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks and food arrived quickly and the food was delicious. The burger was so big my daughter took half of it back to our hotel.

High Profile in the High Profile Hollywood Boulevard. There are actually 2 Hard Rock Cafes in Hollywood; this one on Hollywood Boulevard (on the Hollywood Walk of Fame) and the other in the Universal CityWalk. Lots of Genuine Rock Memorabilia in Showcases & Wall Displays (and they keep adding to them) so if you love Rock Music have Lunch or Dinner there and walk around.

I was here back in September with my friend from Australia. The service we experienced was the worst I had seen from any Hard Rock I have visited. We asked for the manager and she totally apologized for our experience and took care of our bill. My husband and I came back and the manager recognized me. She was able to catch me before we left and asked how our service was this time and I told her it was better. I did visit the Vegad location this past weekend and got something for your manager.

A great nostalgic restaurant for the rock and roll fan. Delicious food and a warm and rocking atmosphere. My only complaint is that they never play enough rock and roll. Instead the usually choose pop music and hip hop.

We were here around 6pm, there were not many people here. The service was okay, we ordered the jumbo combo as starter and the cowboy ribeye steak as entree , the portions were huge. The steak was served under cooked at first, they took it back and replaced with a new one, which was good. Overall, the experience was okay, we wish that the merchandise store is more well stocked with various sizes. The price is a bit at the high side, I guess that's the price for Hollywood.

Fantastic atmosphere. Great music and food. The manager their was great and really made the shirt wait enjoyable for the kids. I know it's a chain and I don't generally like chains, but this hard Rock was definitely worth going to.

Get food. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I was visiting from Canada and figured I'd dine at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood. Food portions are good. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

This is Hard Rock Hollywood bartenders are friendly the food is pretty good I have live entertainment during the week if you're in the Hollywood area I suggest you come out and check it out

The steak salad was wonderful and the salmon that my daughter had was the best I have tasted

the hollywood walk of fane has something for everyone here its a must see even for locals
